Galway put Offaly to the sword in the second half
Galway Hurlers put their Leinster championship campaign back on course with a comprehensive win over Offaly, achieved largely on the back of an outstanding performance from Cathal Mannion. Colm Molloy’s introduction for his championship debut was a late change and the diminutive corner-forward wasted no time in making his mark, firing over three points in the first 10 minutes. Up next Wexford at Pearse Stadium. Final Score: Galway 2-25 Offaly 1-14

Club's Under11 Hurling Team play in Croke Park
The Club's Under 11 Hurling Team on their recent visit to Croke Park where they played in the Connacht GAA Go Games against other Galway teams. A great day's hurling and a huge honour for the Club's players to play in Croke Park. Well done to all the organisers and coaches involved.
Galway one step away from four-in-a-row in Connacht
Galway scored first, were never behind and rarely troubled by Roscommon in the Connacht Senior Football Championship at Pearse Stadium. Robert Finnerty led the way with eight points as Galway booked a Connacht final date against Mayo in MacHale Park and are now one step away from four provincial crowns in a row. Damien Comer came on to a raucous roar before creating Finnerty’s eighth point. Galway 1-24 (1-3-18) Roscommon 0-18 (0-3-12)
Galway Minor Hurling team defeat Dublin
An impressive Galway side advanced in the Leinster Minor Hurling championship with a seven point win over Dublin at Parnell Park. Ethan Coleman’s well-taken goal in 13th minute and another in the 47th minute helped Galway dominate the game. Well done to Club players Aodhan McDonagh and Shay Brady who lined out with Galway and Cathal Mannion who came on as a sub. Final Score: Galway 2-17 Dublin 1-13
Kilkenny ease past below par Galway at Nolan Park
A disappointing start for Galway in the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship against old rivals Kilkenny at Nolan Park. While Galway matched their opponents in the early stages they lost their way and alarmingly failed to step up to championship level or create any goalscoring opportunities. They now face Offaly at Tullamore who narrowly lost out to Dublin at Parnell Park. Final score Kilkenny 3-24 Galway 0-21

Presentation College First Year winners against Clarin College
Congratulations to all the Club players on the Presentation College team who won the Connacht Post Primary first year hurling title defeating Clarin College in the final by 3-10 to 2-7. It was wonderful to see such a healthy representation of players from our Club on both sides. A special mention to our Club’s Under 11 manager David Casserly who was in charge of the Presentation side and Daniel Ruane who was captain.
